120 kg coffee roaster – SR120 implementation project

We present our coffee roasting line solution. Two coffee silos (green and roasted) with capacity 4x 2t each. The line consists of:
- pneumatic transport coffee to silo
- electric silo distributor (to chambers)
- weighing system (to 120 kg)
- transport system from scale to roaster
- pneumatic distributor for roaster
- control silo systems from coffee roaster position
The line also includes two independent devices with the efficiency of 960 kg/h green coffee. Connected 2x SR120 Coffed coffee roaster with fully automatic control and roast. Air flow control with recovery up to 50% of heat.
