It's capable of roasting a batch of up to 120 kg of beans, which amounts to impressive 480 kg/h. Advanced temperature sensors, combined with controllable airflow, allows you to recover heat from the burning process - up to 30% - which translates to substantial energy savings. The SR120 model is equipped with a 15-inch touch panel that allows for both manual and automatic operation. You can easily save several roasting profiles - easy access to your recipes eliminates the need for trial-and-error. The machine is also compatible with additional equipment, such as destoners and green coffee loaders.
