- The following regulations ("Regulations") regulate in particular the rules for placing and executing Orders for Products sold by COFFED spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at ul. Gliniana 2, 64-920 Piła NIP: 7642675803 , REGON: 365870445 ("Seller") via the online store https://coffedroasters.com/, which operates at the Internet address: https://coffedroasters.com/shop/ ("Store") , delivery of products, withdrawal from the contract, filing complaints.
- By placing an order via the Website, by e-mail or by phone, the Buyer accepts these Regulations and, consequently, its terms become binding on him. The regulations are available on Page .
- Whenever the Regulations mention:
- BOK - this should be understood as the Customer Service Office enabling direct contact between the Buyer and the Seller in all matters related to the execution of Orders:
- via e-mail or contact form
- by phone at: +48 508 262 457 – abroad or +48 508 262 543 – Poland from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.,
- by post to the following Seller's address: Coffed limited liability company , ul. Gliniana 2, 64-920 Piła
- Price - this should be understood as the price of the Product expressed in Polish zloty PLN or Euro €, excluding VAT, excluding delivery costs, indicated on the Website on the day of placing the Order,
- Suppliers - this should be understood as transport companies cooperating with the Seller; deliveries take place all over the world,
- Delivery costs - this means the fees for delivering the Products to the Buyer, these amounts are provided when the Buyer places the Order,
- Consumer - a natural person purchasing Products to meet individual needs, not related to their business activity,
- Products - this means goods offered by the Seller for sale on the Website,
- Buyer - this means a person placing an order via the Website or by phone to order a Product, i.e. natural persons, adults (over 18 years of age) with full legal capacity, as well as legal persons or other organizational units,
- Act - Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended),
- Order – an order placed by the Buyer on the Website or by phone in accordance with the conditions specified in these Regulations.
- BOK - this should be understood as the Customer Service Office enabling direct contact between the Buyer and the Seller in all matters related to the execution of Orders:
- The Seller does not charge any fees for communicating with him using means of distance communication, and the Buyer bears the costs of such communication in accordance with the terms of the contracts he has concluded with media suppliers.
- To use the Website, you need access to the Internet, an e-mail account and a contact telephone number.
- The Buyer's computer must have cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled to properly display and use the Website
- Correct operation of the Website is ensured in the following browser versions: Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome 45, Firefox 42, Safari 9, IOS Safari 9.2, Chrome for Android 49 or higher.
- Confirmation, disclosure, consolidation and security of all important provisions of the contract takes place in the form of order confirmation sent to the indicated e-mail address, permanent access to the content of the Regulations, withdrawal forms and complaints on the Website, sending an invoice after paying for the Order to the indicated e-mail address. . The content of the contract is also shaped by applicable legal provisions and, in cases provided for in the Regulations, individual arrangements between the Buyer and the Seller. The content of sales contracts concluded using the Website is stored by the Website's IT system for a period of at least 1 year from the date of conclusion of each contract. Each Buyer who has completed the registration procedure, after logging in, has access to all his orders and, consequently, to sales contracts concluded via the Website for the period of their storage in the IT system specified in the preceding sentence.
Terms of placing and executing orders, payment
- The Buyer may place an Order for Products available for sale on the Website electronically via the Website or by phone via Customer Service.
- In order to place an Order electronically, the Buyer is obliged to correctly complete the registration form or order form and confirm that he has read the Regulations.
- Registration activities are performed once, and subsequent Orders are processed based on the Buyer logging in to the Website by providing the login and password.
- The Regulations also apply in their entirety to Orders placed by telephone
- After the Buyer places an Order via the Website or by phone, the Seller sends confirmation of acceptance of the Order for processing to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer during registration on the Website, provided on the order form or during a telephone conversation.
- The sales contract is concluded when the Buyer receives the Seller's confirmation of acceptance of the Order for execution and payment of the advance payment by the Buyer
- After the Seller has approved the acceptance of the Order for execution, the Buyer is not able to change or cancel it.
- The Seller has the right to refuse to process the Order:
- if the data provided when placing the Order was incorrect or untrue,
- submitted in violation Regulations .
- Orders for larger quantities of Products by Buyers who are not Consumers may be placed via the website or the form for companies available on the website. If the Buyer is an entrepreneur, the Seller reserves the ownership right to the Products until the Price is paid in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.
- Placing Orders via the Website is possible 24 hours a day, all days of the year, and via Customer Service Centre 5 days a week from Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
- The Seller does not process Orders on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in accordance with applicable regulations.
- The Seller undertakes under the sales contract to deliver Products without defects.
- If the ordered Product is missing, the Seller will inform the Buyer about this fact before proceeding with the Order, and the Buyer has the right to cancel the entire Order or to give up the missing Product.
- By concluding the contract, the Buyer undertakes to collect the Products and pay the Price indicated on the Website by the Seller along with delivery costs - unless the delivery in a given case is free of charge, about which the Buyer is informed each time when placing an order. The price list of delivery costs is established on an ongoing basis according to market prices.
- The Buyer's obligations arising from the sales contract, indicated in particular in the Regulations, continue until the Price and delivery costs of the Products are paid, if they were calculated in accordance with the applicable price list.
- The customer has the option of paying for the goods for the placed order in the following forms:
- By traditional transfer to the bank account indicated by the Store
- Stripe - online payment/payment card
- Cash or prepayment at the company's headquarters (personal collection)
After making the payment, the customer receives an invoice/receipt sent electronically to the e-mail address provided during registration, on the order form or when placing an order by phone.

Delivery
- The Seller delivers the Products to the place indicated by the Buyer in the Order.
- The customer selects the type of delivery:
- personal collection
- shipping by DPD courier company
- Typically, the Product is shipped within 72 hours of the Order being ready by the Seller or within the time selected by the Buyer. Shipping is made from Monday to Friday. The approximate shipping date for a given Product is always indicated by the Seller. If there are any reasons preventing the shipment of the Ordered Product, Customer service will contact the Buyer to set a new date for the execution of the Order.
- The Seller is not obliged to deliver the Products until the confirmation of payment for the Order is sent to the Buyer.
- Products are delivered via a transport company. Delivery via Coffed is also possible . The Buyer will be informed about the planned delivery date by a separate e-mail sent to the address provided by the Buyer when placing the Order. Any liability of the Seller towards entities other than Consumers for any damage resulting from delays or deficiencies in delivery is excluded.
- Delivery costs depend on the selected product.
- The Buyer is obliged to check, in the presence of the supplier, whether the shipment has not been damaged during transport and whether, as a consequence, the Products are intact, and to confirm receipt of the Products to the Supplier. If the Products are found to be damaged or incomplete due to damage to the shipment, the Buyer should immediately report this fact.
- Upon receipt of the Products by the Buyer, the risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Buyer.
- Delivery of Products not ordered by the Buyer is at the Seller's risk and does not create any obligations on the part of the Buyer.
Complaints
- The Seller undertakes to deliver Products free from defects.
- The Buyer is entitled to submit complaints in the event of defects in the delivered Products, including visible damage during transport:
- by sending a message in electronic or written form to the Customer Service address, providing the Order number.
- The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its submission by the Buyer. The Buyer will be informed about the method of its consideration by the Seller electronically to the e-mail address provided when registering on the Website or placing an order by phone.
- If the Seller has not accepted the complaint of the Buyer who is a Consumer and does not agree with this way of handling the matter, the Consumer has the right to submit the matter for resolution by mediation or arbitration, e.g. through consumer arbitration courts. The consumer also has the opportunity to submit a complaint via the EU ODR online platform.
Provisions final
- The Seller has the right to change the Regulations at any time, in particular to adapt its wording to the current legal status.
- The Regulations in the currently valid version are available on the Home Page in the footer.
- If the Regulations are changed during the execution of the Order, the Regulations in force at the time of placing the Order by the Buyer shall apply.
- In all matters not regulated in the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act and other acts of Polish law shall apply.
