A no-nonsense device designed for professional coffee roasters. The SR5 Manual model gives you full control over the roasting parameters - the physical panel is intuitive and easy to use. You can also monitor the temperature via computer (which might be used for controlling the airflow and power as well). When it comes to build quality, our SR5 Manual Coffee Roaster is equipped with a stainless-steel housing - it's been designed to withstand many burning cycles and temperature spikes. A fully modular burner, combined with adjustable drum rotating speed, is all that you need to get satisfying and consistent outcomes. A dedicated coffee chaff compartment makes daily cleaning much quicker and less bothersome. Just like other models available in our offer, the SR5 Manual Coffee Roaster is compatible with side equipment, such as a destoner or a green coffee loader. It's fuelled by gas, which makes the whole process clean and convenient. There are several coating colours available, to go with your interior design.
