Fully modulated with firing manager electrical ignition device and flame monitoring. 60 kW power in smooth regulation from 20-100% of power. A perfect fit for any medium-scale business. The SR25 Coffee Roaster is a versatile machine capable of delivering up to 25 kg of roasted beans at a time. It also allows you to regulate its power to ensure optimal conditions in the roasting chamber. This model is fuelled by natural gas with electrical ignition system, with maximum efficiency of 88 kg/h. When it comes to daily operation, the SR25 model is intuitive and simple to use. 15-inch touchscreen gives you all the information you need. It’s packed with software supporting profile saving, which allows you to keep your recipes and repeat them with great precision. Temperature sensors are responsible for maintaining the right heat level. The device supports both automatic and manual modes.
