Gas regulator LPG 6kg/h
The pressure reducer is used as a pressure reducing device for 33 kg cylinders with liquefied propane and propane-butane gas. It regulates the input pressure (usually a few or a dozen bar) to 37 mbar or 50 mbar of output pressure. The reducer is standardly calibrated for a pressure of 37 mbar. If it is necessary to obtain a pressure of 50 mbar, the user can independently adjust the device to a higher pressure.
If, as a result of technical irregularities, e.g. icing, contamination or gas deposits, the setpoint value of the reducer is exceeded, the excess pressure will be discharged through the built-in safety blow-off valve (SBV). This fuse prevents damage to the receiver devices, protecting against the effects of high pressure.
Reducer technical data:
nominal outlet pressure pa: 37 mbar or 50 mbar - adjustable according to the type of receiver
nominal flow: basic 6 kg/h or higher depending on the version
nominal SBV activation pressure: 100 mbar at pa=37 mbar or 130 at pa=50 mbar
connections:
- inlet: connection for large cylinders according to DIN 477.
- outlet: G 1/2LH (1/2 inch left thread) according to DIN 8542.
