Surkhan digital coffee refractometer (SRC02) is a portable, water resistant, digital electronic equipment that measures TDS scale in 0.0 to 27.0% range. It uses the refractive index of solution through an optical glass prism, which measures the coffee extraction level and converts to units of percent by weight (TDS).
