An efficient and compact device designed to physically remove stones, sand, and other small objects and particles prior to the roasting process - a destoner is one of the key elements of every roasting line. This model holds up to 50 kg of roasted beans in the container and is capable of purifying up to 25 kg per 5 minutes, depending on the setting. You can control the destoning speed by regulating the thrust - keep in mind that it will affect the quality of the purifying itself. It's powered by electricity and can be connected to a standard 230 V socket. It's also equipped with a strong neodymium magnet used for removing metal pollution. The construction of the 50 kg destoner allows for seamless integration with any roasting machine available in our offer. The device is set on wheels for easier transport and installation. Our destoners are made of S235 steel, but a stainless-steel upgrade is also available upon request. You'll find all the details in the technical sheets available for download.
